I've been checking ebay and the prices tend to spike after awhile...some are saying close to $60 ($20 to ship?)

I was thinking maybe around the 40's range...what do they seem to go for elseware?

Make sure you bid on an activated box. Every so often you can find one in the classified ads on this site. Ebay would be the quickest way. You may get one for $40 but you will have to be patient.

I just bought one in an Auction on Ebay using Buy It Now for $59, but I have seen them go for $49 in regular Ebay Auctions. Mine had an activated card.
