Time Warner Cable will launch Sí TV across Southern California after it assumes operational control of Adelphia Communications and Comcast systems in that area, which is expected Tuesday.

The English-language, Latino-themed network will launch systemwide in the Los Angeles market, where Time Warner will serve nearly 2 million subscribers.
