Dude, I hate to break it to you, but some of those are only LEGALLY available in Canada or the UK. I would almost kill for The Wrestling Channel, but it's ONLY in UK.

By a new Dish do you really mean a second bird in the sky?

That isn't going to happen anytime soon.

The horror ch sounds very interesting. Coming this October. I dont think VOOM will add the ch though since it would be in competition with one of their already great exclusive ch's, MONSTERSHD.

I'd rather see the bandwith used for true HD content.

Wife is still inquiring from me. "I thought you said HGTV was coming soon to VOOM? If it is not here soon we ARE switching back to DISH!" Voom the boss has spoken. Please keep this customer by adding HGTV!

Since Voom now has ESPN, I think the Scripps Networks (Food, HGTV, DIY and maybe Fine Living) are next in line. I'm sure Voom KNOWS there is a big enough demand that they need to get those channels asap.

I hate those channels. Such boring television. Hope they don't get those and get interesting stations like the ones I mentioned instead.

XTC, there are barely 12 channels there that could even be added in the first place. MuchMusic's American version has transformed into Fuse. I wouldn't mind Food Network, but the others I don't care about.

I cannot believe there are people that would watch tv like Food Network or Home and Garden. Mindboggling. I hear a new channels is coming. The Paint Drying Channel. Let's keep our fingers crossed that it goes HD! !sadroll

My wife would love those ch's. She watches DIY and HGTV all the time. It would help me secure VOOM as athe sole provider in my house. Im with you about PBSKIDS Seawaves. Im in NY and I cant get PBSKIDS all day. Hopefully we in NY will have our OTA issues with three ch's resolved by the end of the summer.

I say Hustler channel HD or XXXstacy. :shocked
I'm sure the subs would jump with those.
Playboy is ok from what i hear but not hard core enough for a lot.
I'd sign up for the above if these where monthly subs in addition to blocks.
Hmmm, That would mean another STB in the bedroom. Which would mean more rentals fees for VoOm. Not really content for the family room.
There are only about 4 or 5 states that don't allow these. which means 45 states that do allow them. So why not?

I think the same thing when I hear people demand the Sci-Fi Channel ???

I would think HGTV and Food TV are more mainstream than Sci-Fi !

I think Sci-Fi HD would be a great add on if there was such a ch. They show some good movies now and then. Thing is it probably would be like TNTHD with not alot of HD content.

InHD and WGN would be all I would need.

xtc, your little fantasy list might be nice for you, but most of us prefer to live in the real world. There are way more of us that are waiting for Food and HGTV. What's mindboggling is someone who wants a wrestling channel daring to criticize anyone else's viewing habits.
