OK just did the update and does change channels much faster.

azboxedit times out when executed, guess it does not support it.

My AZbox Editor ( ver 2880c) works as well on this firmware as the earlier ones. Maybe your IP address got changed by the update ?

Thanks.. I had version 2371 and now updated to 2880 and works great..

How can you tell a North American website ?

Hi Iceberg , Just got mine yesterday( Azbox E ) , had 9.966 in it. With this forums help got it going w/ 9.2880 worked on Nascar channels good. Last night updated thru ethernet Internet to 9.3877 . All is well , all channels stayed/ Utube works now... hope this helps someone.

Other 6 foot Fortec dish with GeoSatPro dual C-Band LNB "ghetto moved" to various C-Band satellites
Third 6 foot Sadoun dish with GeoSatPro Prime Focus KU LNB on it for maximum rain fade combatting

Updated my box today. It's working OK with the new firmware but I haven't checked everything.

"Everything" on the AZbox means a lot, too ! Not like a regular receiver that has just basic functionality.

I'm still trying to figure out why the time is in GMT instead of local time. The settings show that the time offset is correct.
