Listen to your Voice Mail via the web
View Voice Mail status (display number of messages and minutes remaining)
Reset your Voice Mail PIN
Activate Voice Mail, Fast Login & PIN Skip
Enable/Disable Spanish Voice Mail prompts

Finally got voice mail on web... That is good but should of been a feature long ago. Still no option to block calls from specific numbers. That has long been the deal breaker for me.

They are slowly adding features, BHN was at the mercy before of MCI but now that they own their own CLEC its easier to add features, which they are slowly working on doing. Including intorducing Business Phone now, and multiple lines of service. In my opinion they wasted to much time and money in this "Pivot" cell service and spent to much time building software and network for it to work with digital phone service, and the "Take your number anywhere" Instead of adding more value to the customers they already have.
