I get above 22mbit, heck last night I was pulling almost 30!! Hopefully you guys get some techs to your house to fix the problems I love it

Daytona is fed off Deland, I beleive not the All-American Headend.

i must be really showing my ignorance but what does where your headend is have to do with accessing someone's account and trying to help them get the proper internet spped they are suppose to be receiving.

wouldn't you want to view all the tests and diagnostics run to determine what the problem is or isn't?

Well its a "permissions" issue. My access only allows me to look at people in Site 10 (which is Orlando head-end) I dont have access to anyone outside of that area. Its just security permissions..

jcarra I beleive you are also fed from the same Headend as iceturkee is, if im not mistaken.
