Ch 17 WOTF in cfl 3x as loud as others

Anybody know why Ch 17 WOTF in cfl is 3x as loud as the next loudest channel? Or why it stays that way and is not corrected?
Or why BHN won't balance the volume across all the channels?

It does sound like a hub related problem. But, I'm gone from the office now for the weekend. So I don't have access to your area's hub from here. When I get back on Monday I'll check it out and let you know. Enjoy your weekend..
