Brighthouse Michigan - Clock Error

The clock on my DVR box is 38 seconds behind the correct time, as indicated by my clock that is synced to the atomic clock in Colorado.

As a result, quite often I miss the very beginning of programs that are recorded because the DVR doesn't start recording until 38 seconds after the program starts.

Any ideas?

The Box clock (at least here) is set by the server times in the hubs/headend. So that maybe a area wide issue you can call and let them know. Otherwise until the problem is resolved you can set your series to record 1 min before "start time" so you dont miss anything until they resolve the issue.

Ya that would suck! Call your local service center and have a trouble call put in. Only way you get that resolved.
