    i'm in marion,in and hy hd version of this channel downscales to 480i does anyone else have this problem i called the cable company they dont want to listen

    The cable company (BHN in this case) Sends you whatever the channel has. They do not control the resolution you would need to contact Cinemax. They only pass on the signal.

    You can check the settings of your box just to make sure its setup to do 1080i etc, but other then that its not a provider issue.
