Looking for your ideas on 2012 help threads....

Starting the first week of 2012 I'll be posting bi-weekly help threads and I would like to get your ideas for some of the topics. What things would you like to learn, discuss or possibly get more information about for the coming year? Ideally I would like to have them at least in some way related to the services BHN provides but honestly if it's important to you then it's important to me.
Don't be bashful....lets get some great ideas flowing...

Tips and tricks = things you can do with the remote that may not be obvious... Like I recently learned about EXIT button to skip the second screen in GUIDE pushes. Probably are lots of other tricks I don't know.

There was a "Trick" that allowed us early viewing of new channels but it got disabled.
