Can I connect a 622?
ADVERTS 1
I was wondering if I got HughesNet or WildBlue, would I be able to connect my 622 and stay connected to the Internet. I would also like to know if I could connect my Playstation 3 to the Internet through this connection.
In other words, in this the same type of Internet connection I would get through ATT or through a cable company.
Where I live, satellite is the only option right now.
Thanks for the help.Last edited by johnalred; 06-03-2008 at 02:54 PM.

It is the "same type of Internet connection" in a way, but it is generally not recommended for gaming. The 622 should be fine to go out and do its check and updates and whatnot, but the playstation would probably have too much latency to do any real time game play.

What he said, and don't even think about using it for voice either for the same reason.
