Need Help In Southern Calif.

Hello All
I need help here in the FiOs service area of Los Angeles CA . I just upgraded to the "Extreme HD" pakage and I am not getting the following channels that are included:76, Fox Sports West and 576 HD-Feed , 77, Fox Sports West Prime Ticket and 577 HD-Feed , Smithsonian Channel 625
I have been dealing with Tech support 3 + days to get these channels back on. They are part of the package... What I need is from you is to see if you are not getting these channels, let me know what city and zip code you are in and I will compile a list to tech support. also from what they are telling me is that only a "few" have reported the same issue after upgrading. I want to see how "BAD" it is. The error you will see is a "No Subscription" message.
