I have one that is brand new never used. The dish has scratches on it though. I got it from an installer though eBay. The .98 I was hoping to use with my system but I cannot figure out once it is installed how to get it activated. I know the guy who got me this one and could hook you up with his number. I know he has allot left. Can you tell me how to get mine to work and in exchange I will give you his name & number? I have the home Pro-plus plan and the hns9000 (I may be wrong on the model - it's not the latest one but the modem that the latest replaced). Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds to me like you have incompatible hardware. Your description suggests you're trying to marry up Ku-band dish and TRIA with a Ka-band modem. If true, never the twain shall meet.
