Commercial Data Dishes?

Guys,
Does anyone know the names of the companies that install the data dishes on gas stations, grocery stores, etc.? It's for payment systems, networks, etc. I am trying to get into that field but I don't know who does it. Can anyone help me out?

I also thought about installing those as there are probably not as many people doing those as there are the other systems out there.

Company's who general do the residential fulfillment work will do the enterprise work as well.
