Do you mean a new Wireless Router or an extender that picks up the signal from your existing WiFi network and extends it?

Sorry, too many leftovers I guess. I meant the extender for verizon wireless service that connects through the internet.

It essentially acts as a mini cell tower for the home that routes calls through an internet connection.
