Hughenet Service call
ADVERTS 1
I have a service call for a non-working Hughenet. Now I have not installed a hughenet in over 2.5 years and for the life of me I can not remember how to get into the right modem menu to trouble shoot it. I know i need to type in 192.168.0.1 but after that I am lost. I believe there is something I need to type in after the 192.168.0.1 but do not remember what. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Sometimes I miss the old days when we had three channels on the TV, Back then I went to bed at a decent time.

or click on the icon of the tiny little blue man. That said, your very first troubleshooting step should be to make sure the modem has been disabled for non-payment.
