Need Dialup Browser Accelerator on Vista Computer - Google won't work

I need a free accelerator program for my dialup connection. Earthlink Accelerator is not supported on VISTA yet and I cannot get Google Accelerator to work. Does anybody know of a program that will work for me? It is slow as can be without an accelerator.

Proud Staff MemberI have no idea Stargazer, but I noticed no one has posted here or answered, so just to let you know someone is reading this, but I have no idea. May have a better shot if you ask in the Pub or maybe I could move this to the pub, as this forum doesn't get much traffic.
