    Handy transponder list

    ADVERTS 1
First of all i wanted to thank everyone that pointed me in the right direction in getting my c-band set up and running . I'm posting this to give something back . The one thing i found diffacult as a newb in the c-band world was finding the sats with the right fr and sr to find the dang thing . After a few months of testing and reading and reading again i am finaly satisfied i have found all sats that i can find ( we'll see ;} ) to the efforts of the memebers here on Satellite Guys . Here is a list of sats , fr's and sr's ,,,i hope this helps others out .We also have a great tool here on this site called The List in wich is very helpful on c-band thanx to iceburg.
    -------------------------
Edit ... as we all know frequencies change over time so as of 11/23/09 these should help anyone trying to find the sat your looking for .

That is a good list to go by. Thank you!
I wish there is a list of C Band satellites with the list of channels such as The Shepherd Chapel, Classic Arts Channel, Shop At Home, etc that I can use when using my 4DTV and ORB 5000 receiver to track the Clark Belt Arc. It can be a pain in the ass to track with a IRD.
It is EASIER to track the arc using a FTA receiver than the 4DTV and other IRDs.
With the list such as your, it helps!
System 1: Pansat 2700a with a Moteck SG2100 HH motor drive and a Invacom universal .3 LNB mounted on a Primestar 1.2 meter dish. Also using a Primestar .75 meter with a .8 Channel Master LNB to receive AMC 3 channels (this is because of obstruction in its path!)
Using Extigy External soundcard to encode AC 3 audio.
System 2: Pansat 2000v as a slave receiver on the 4DTV GI 920 system that consists of a 1985 8 foot solid dish with a Cotorola II feed horn and 15 degree LNB. For C Band FTA use.

    couple notes.....

I am usually leery of using low symbol rate TP's for aiming unless its necessary (no other TP's on there)...some receivers take a while to log the signals. In the case of G17 I would use the CW affiliates (3720 H 26000) as it is strong

G19 KCSG is no more...they left
AMC8 has different TP's...some data...I'll have to dig them up

otherwise looks good. I'll implement that soon in the "strong TP to aim at" thread
Winegard 76cm dish, SG2100 motor, Sadoun dual KU LNB..... Directv Slimline SWM 3 LNB.... GeoSatPro 36" dish with Sadoun dual KU LNB... Coolsat 5000 on motorized.... Manhattan RS1933....Directv HR34 (yes the 5 tuner monster) GeoSatPro 200 to aim dishes.... few receivers not set up yet
Two 6 foot Fortec dish with GeoSatPro dual C-Band LNB "ghetto moved" to various C-Band satellites

Thanx for the input Iceberg as always . The list i accumulated was gathered over a period of time and some of the frequencies did fall off ( oops ) . I can give an update on G19 @ 97 w 3992 9983 , and as for AMC8 @ 139 w there are many transponders there but not listed on lyngsat so i can not post them . I think it would be a great addition to add this to your "strong TP to aim at" thread
