Yet another 10' mesh on it's way

    ADVERTS
Couple of weeks ago my brother told me a guy he works with has a mesh BUD and was going to get rid of it. Of course my bro thought of me
Went and looked at it Saturday after I got through with my roofing job. Was hoping to be able to disassemble and move it, but the mount is set about 7 or 8 feet up and I didn't carry a ladder with me.
Went ahead and shot all the bolts with PB so it will be ready this weekend (barring rain or... snow?...)
Anyaway, I was planning to get my destroyed 10' replaced this past weekend (but the roof nixed that plan) and, hopefully, I'll be able to get this one diassembled and moved and maybe back together this Saturday.
Y'all keep your fingers crossed for me...
Yeah... I'll be sure to post pics of the whole deal...

Got a late start on this today - due to circumstances beyond my control.
Did get the dish down and moved home. It's a Unimesh per the label on the dish frame... oddly enough, this is the first dish I've acquired that actually has a label on it.
    As promised, pics are posted.
1st pic is how it was sitting before we got to work.
2nd - a shot of the mount... years of corrosion on this one. It came with a 18" SuperJack II. Haven't checked it out yet, but that will come soon enough.
3rd - Actuator disconnected and ready to remove the feed, feed mount poles, and the dish.
4th - Chapparal C-only feed - the dirt dawbers will be dissappointed
    5th - Eagle Aspen LNB
6th - Here's the dish in halves (after arriving home).
7th - NOT FOR THE SQUEAMISH! My avatar 10' BUD as it rests in pieces now...
8th - the old mount for the dead BUD. This will be the new home for the newly acquired BUD.
9th - the mount for my 8' that I have yet to set up. Hopefully I'll finally have some free weekends to get these going
10th - the 8' and my other 10' still waiting for their homes...
I have to pick up some fresh hardware after church tomorrow. Hopefully I'll have it mounted by tomorrow evening.

I like those pictures. These mesh dishes break down so easily. And putting them back up, using fresh hardware, the panels go back together without any hassle. I'm very impressed with the precision fit of the panels. When I hear of people struggling with the fit of current model stamped steel dishes, I'm glad I went with the pre-owned mesh route.
