History International on NPS???

Does anyone know if NPS has History International and Biography back into their channel lineup???
On their website it still shows them in the listing!
I dropped my sub with them due to History International disappearing!

I checked my email and have nothing from them!
I was a good customer until November 2009 when my yearly sub ran out. I was with them for 3 years with the Absolute Digital Pak so they still should have my contact info!
Or perhaps they just do not want any more subscribers!?!?!?
