DX Antenna Model DIR-767

Does anyone here own or has used a DX Antenna Model DIR-767 Digicipher II rack mount satellite receiver?
I bought one off EBay recently. I'm beginning to learn the menu commands and diagnostics screens, but so far have not been able to receive any FTA Digicipher II signals. Currently i'm on Galaxy 17 trying to receive some of the signals there.
Does anyone have the manual or any tips that I could try?
Dishes: 240cm (8') WS International Dish, C-Band * 180cm (6') Fortec Dish, C-Band * 180cm (6') Channel Master Dish, C-Band * 120cm (4') Channel Master Dish, SG2100 H-H, KU-Band * 36" X 26" Channel Master (StarBand) Dish, DBS * 18" Dish, DirecTV, DSS LNBF * Dish 1000+, Dish Network
OTA Antennas: Terk TV-32 UHF Antenna, (Pittsburgh, PA locals) * Antennacraft MXU59 UHF Antenna, (Johnstown, PA locals)
Receivers: VIP722 Dish Network * Coolsat 4000 Premium * Coolsat 6100 PVR * Openbox S9 HD PVR * Motorola DSR-410DS

I'm receiving a test pattern for the NFL Network on Galaxy 17 TP 9 at 3880 H.
Look for my upcoming review on this digicipher II receiver.

Due to the huge amount of channels this receiver is receiving I am moving this discussion into the "What's up there?" forum.
