guide on the fritz?

My guide hasn't worked for the last 3 or 4 days now. My favorites list only one channel and the full guide is missing sats. Is this a problem with my reciever or is it a ongoing problem?

Mine did the same thing and found this fix the problem. Put on G1 channel 3 hit options 6-0-5 move it over to Diagnostics F and then press the info button. This will clear the guide should show all zeros on the Diagnostic screen F and the let it set for a few minutes it should come up. Took my 920 about 5 minutes to download the guide.
