I had to rescan in 107.3W Anik F1R and am getting a S = 68 - 70 and a Q up to 100 on some Tp's. But it didn't Blindscan in those CBC Channels on H-4040 and H-4160 / 30,000 / 3/4. Do these 2 Tp's have to be scanned in via manual PID entry?
Current Setup:
12 Ft Mesh Bud Dish, Chaparral Co-Rotor II with Norsat 4506A KU-Band & 8515 C Band LNB's. V-Box III. 100 cm Fortec Star Dish, Stab HH120 Motor, Invacom QPH-031 LNB, ViewSat Extreme Receiver, AZBox Premium HD Plus Receiver, Uniden UST 9900 Receiver, Von Weise Actuator. Bell ExpressVu Dual LNB Dish 500, and Bell ExpressVu Dual Tuner 9242 PVR Receiver on Subscription.

It's been a while since I scanned them in on a blind scan with the S9. Doing it right now and 4160 & 4040 blind scans in on the S9. If you need to PID scan: (The English lang. chans)

Audio is Dolby D and there's a S after the P #, whatever that means with an S9(?)One night I walked home very late and fell asleep in somebody's satellite dish.My dreams were showing up on TV's all over the world. -- Steven Wright

I was looking at those CBC channels this evening, tho' I didn't linger except to catch some news.
I'd go with the pole mount, tho'.
The Classic Arts Primary has my ear right now on 91.0. Watched some good programing last night on PA Cable Network on 83.0. Planning to see what Faux delivers on 99.0 tomorrow. Caught the Blue Ocean Network for the first time this afternoon on 121.0. BBC HD World News shows encrypted tonight on 127.0.
These on a 6-ft WSI that is imperfectly aimed and mounted on a temporary pad.

Got all 10 CBC Channels scanned in via Pid Entry, 5 channels are French, but there should be some good Hockey from coast to coast on them this weekend. Thanks for the great Tip guys.

I'm wondering if it would be possible to receive the CBC channels with a 1.2 meter dish and scalar ring since the signal is so strong. Any thoughts on that?
