Is Charter Communication in Glendale, CA going to get Fox Reality Channel?

I don't know about this, but do you know why we can't get full-time CSpan2 on Charter? I was told we could when we switched from DirectTV, but now I find that there is no CSpan2 in the evenings or on weekends? This doesn't seem right to me!
