Unfortunately, this does not have the (HD) symbol in the listings, and frankly it would be unlikely to have been transferred at this point, since it was one of the last movies to have been issued on DVD at all. (But I set a timer just in case...)

I was just about to post this. It is almost all of Season Four, except for a few episodes that were recently broadcast on USA-HD. ( I do not understand USA's method of showing House repeats - they do not show them in order, and yet they do not show them randomly either.... )

Yep, it was pillarboxed 4x3 and pretty grainy, I agree...

Generally, in HBO and Cinemax, when there is "(HD)" indication, then it is just the same feed as as the SD channel, so it is 4x3. You are better off with the DVD.

This is the case with Zardoz, which was issued in OAR on DVD.
