The Hauppauge showed both Dish versions to be 5.1, moving part I recorded from the Directv late one to an EHDD to try in a few minutes in the BT ...

My Denon preamp shows it as 5.1 too, as I said, but it doesn't sound like 5.1 at all. There's nothing happening in the rear speakers and the sub is moving, so it's actually a 2.1 mix. Still, a good concert...
