It's been a while since they launched their main channels in HD, and east/west feed. I would think that they are some of the most popular HD channels to subscribe too, why haven't they come up with HBO2 and MoreMax in HD channels by now?

I ask this because Sopranos 1-4 is scheduled to reair on HBO 2, but I haven't seen all the episodes in HD.
