Proud Staff MemberJeff Nero Hardy, former WWE champ and one-half of the duo team the Hardy Boyz, was arrested Friday on drug charges.
Moore County Sheriff Officials report that authorities executed a search warrant of Hardy's Cameron, N.C. home.
During the search officers seized approximately:
• 262 Vicodin prescription pills
• 180 Soma prescription pills
• 555 milliliters of anabolic steroids
• residual amount of powder cocaine and drug paraphernalia.
The estimated street value of the drugs seized is $2,500.00.
The 32-year-old former pro-wrestler has been charged with felony trafficking in opium, two counts of felony possession with intent to sell or deliver a Schedule III controlled substance, felony maintaining a dwelling to keep controlled substance, felony possession of cocaine, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
Hardy was placed in the Moore County Detention Center under a $125,000.00 secured bond.
