Dr Who Specials being packaged up on Blu-ray?
ADVERTS
Doctor Who: The Complete Specials Blu-ray
At least it looks that way, assuming they'll be upconverting the early specials that were not originally in HD and were not filmed in HD that I know of.

I think it was only "The Next Doctor" that wasn't shot in HD. The rest starting with "Planet of the Dead" were all shot in 1080i.
Will be buying them when they come out.

I have been watching them. Very nice. The upconvert on the first one was good, probably because PAL has more lines of resolution than NTSC.
Each special has a making of video too. There is also a Dr. Who music concert performance special.
So nice seeing in HD vs the BBCA overcompressed video.
