TVLand's First Original Scripter "Hot in Cleveland" Premeres Tonight

TV Land's first scripted series is out toningt. I probably would be far less interesed if it were not set in my home town. But it looks moderately entertaining, kind of new "Golden Girls". I guess the fact that is is the Golden Girls remade slighly forgives the fact this is an original series from a network that is supposed to be dedicated to old TV.
And of course the other news is that it co-stars 88 year old Betty White.

I love BW to death, but the show is weak. Valerie Bertanelli should stick to Weight Watchers commercials. Bailed about half-way through.
