Iīve come across it on Canadian tv, but havenīt felt compelled to watch it.
How is this related, if any to the L&O franchises we know ?

I enjoyed the first episode once I got used to the non-"BBC English" accent and some of the terminology ("we aren't sure if its a bird or a bloke."
