No Rainbow Media Spin-Off?

Now that the Dolan's offer to take Cablevision private is off the table, this means that the spin-off of Rainbow Media will not happen just yet.
Are there any thoughts about positives for Voom under a no-spin-off scenario?

exactly because with the spinoff james would have been in control of voom.
