New fashion, sports channels for Sky HD?

US HD broadcaster Rainbow is considering launching two stations via Sky HD in the UK.
Ofcom has granted Rainbow broadcast licences for fashion channel 'Ultra HD' and extreme sports channel 'Rush HD'.
Both channels are part of a 15-strong package of HD stations offered under the 'Voom HD Networks' banner in the US. Others include Treasure HD (auctions), Rave HD (live music), Monsters HD (horror), Equator HD (travel), Kung Fu HD and HD News.
The addition of Ultra and Rush would provide a boost to the Sky HD lineup, which currently offers a limited package of ten HD channels.

dfergie, I thought it was interesting that some Voom channels are going over seas. I thought I would share it with everyone.

Proud Staff MemberYeah I saw that today when I found an old bookmark to that site... it is interesting that Rainbow is sharing with the Overseas market... Btw I joined those forums today, a totally different view from over the pond... Now if we could get some BBCHD or SkyHD here in return...
