Actually, one of the best crafted shows on TV at the moment is Castle, starring Nathan Filion.
The show has:
- excellent cast chemistry
- amusing Whedon-esque witty writing
- Very high production values by X-Files alumnus Bowman
It's like Monk, in that it is a detective show with a twist.
