i just switched from DTV with Tivo to CV 8300 HD DVR and i have some questions...

1) how are conflicts resolved? meaning if there are 3 shows that are to be recorded (i have all shows set = record at any time on a channel which i know could cause conflicts eventually) which one will the 8300 decide to skip? tivo bases it on a prty order that was set in the season pass

2) when creating a new "seasons pass" on the 8300 and a scheduling conflict is encountered and i select one of the three shows, let's say it's an existing "season pass", to skip why does it delete the ENTIRE seasons pass instead of the one single conflict.

3) how do i set up a recording after performing a search by title? it appears i can only set up a recording from the actual guide.
