    Returning Boxes

    ADVERTS 1
I have decided to get DirecTv in place of my iO service. How do I return the cable boxes? Can I have them come to my house and pick them up after Directv is installed or will I have to bring them to the Optimum Store? Also, some of my remotes I know they won't accept back...How much do they charge per remote? And finally, I have also decided to get rid of Optimum Voice but I will be keeping Optimum Online...Will they require me to return my current cable modem that has both phone and internet to get a modem with only internet or can I keep my current one?

You should be able to keep your current cable modem for OOL. Also, you can return your boxes at the walk-in center. I am not sure on this, but CV may charge a service call to pick up the boxes from your residence.
