ESPN2 HD - Anyone else having problems?

I've been trying to watch tennis on ESPN2 HD for the past few days but I'm experiencing constant picture freezing, jumping, and pixelation. Customer support told me yesterday they would investigate, but this morning the channel is totally blacked out. Meanwhile, the quality of the SD channel is horrible -- fuzzy picture and overmodulated audio.

I called Service again. This time I got a rep on the phone who seemed to know what he was talking about. Turns out there is a problem in my area (Milford, CT) with channel 735 that has to be escalated to an engineer. The rep also gave me a tip -- next time you call with a high def problem, ask to speak to someone in the high def department. Didn't know one existed.
