Just under $500 Million for it! I guess if VOOM doesn't do as well, esp. with legal battle with Echostar, they should focus on channels that have much better distribution. So this is a good acquistion for Cablevision, IMO.

Oops, my bad. I even looked at my channel line up before I posted and still missed it. Back to your first question, I would think they would keep it in iO Silver since IFC is there too. They own IFC and both channels show similar content.
