I/O Digital Box

I am on Cablevision and using an I/O digital box. On occasion I am unable to receive low channels (2 thru 13). Has anyone encountered this problem? Is it the digital box causing this problem. I am able to receive higher channels with no problems. Any ideas are appreciated. Thank you!

You need to set up a trouble call, your low band frequencies are shot.
