    Cablevision Remote

    ADVERTS 1
Hello! I am a fairly new Cablevision customer living in Northern New Jersey. I previously had Comcast. While it was not as good as the Time Warner service that I had in New York City, it was okay.

I am pretty disappointed by the Cablevision DVR, as it is slow and the menu's are unnecessarily confusing.

In any case, is there any way I can make the "Guide" button actually go to the Guide, instead of having to go through the IO screen? I don't understand why the Guide button and IO button both go to the same place. Is there a way to make this change, or am I forced to take the slow route through the IO menu?
