It was supposed to be the tennis channel, i dont know what happened, did negotiations break down?

Interesting, they have announced a new $6/mo package that includes Tennis PLUS some things that are currently included in IO (Versus, MLBTV, etc.). I guess that those will disappear from our screens, unless we ante-up the $6.

The iO Sports Pak is not new. Versus, Golf Channel and MLB are available in both the Sports Pak and the iO Package. If you're only interested in the sports channels and nothing else in the iO Package then you can order Family Cable plus the Sports Pak, that's the reason they're in both, and have been for quite some time.

I would guess this might be the HD version of the MSG overflow channel. In the guides, the overflow channel is labelled SPTS. This is SPTSH. We can only hope. I can't watch those games in SD anymore.

No, it was supposed to be Tennis Channel but they refused to authorize the signal because they felt Cablevision negotiated in bad faith.

In a suprise cable box reboot yesterday, the channel disappeared altogether.
