I ordered Starz and Encore On Demand this past weekend. Encore HD On Demand comes in good. However, the Starz HD just shows a blank screen with the arrow buttons on the bottom. Everything seems to be working fine, but no picture.
All other Starz on demand works. All except the HD.
Cable company re-sent the signal to the boxes, but still no HD on Starz On Demand.
I have three cable boxes. They are all giving the same problem.
Signal strength is +4db Nose ratio is 37.
Anyone have this issue, or heard of it before?
