What happened to skiing on cablevision?
ADVERTS 1
Universal sports channel was dropped just in time to cancel my viewing of the world cup ski seasono on my new 55" . There is little or no coverage of skiing on other channels except FUELTV which now you have to pay extra to get! WTF? I mean it is winter and even if you don't ski its great to watch a guy ripping down an ice covered mtn at 90 mph. I know Verizon Fios has both Universal sports and Fuel TV standard in their subscription.
Does anybody know the deal with what happened to Universal Sports and if Cablevision wil pick them up again?
Do dish networks have coverage?

Universal Sports went from being a free off air digital channel to a channels which is only available to cable / satellite systems who pay for it. It is no longer available via OTA.
It was Universal Sports who made this move and not cablevision. I hear the asking price for the channel is kind of steep for the small audience it actually has.Scott
