Add Receiver to my Shaw Direct account

Hi I would like to know if can I add a old receiver online or need to call shaw direct, the receiver is 0 balance.

You will need to call them. If it is your second receiver it will cost you an extra $5.99/month unless you have a high end programming package where that charge gets waived. If you already have two or more receivers activated it not cost you any extra.
