    I think your guess will be correct, there is no reason for them not to do the same as they did with 82W.

    Well I 'm not that technical in this area but I'm guessing with this "foot print" they woulkd have to have far enough south to at least get Southern Ontario, as what this effect will have on the US I'm not sure but I'm guessing those close enough to the Canadian Boarder won't be effected.
