When you first tune to Shaw the receiver gets a channel map from shaw. If the equipment is different in any way for the previous setup, you will get the wrong channel map. Shaw needs to know what dish and lnb is being used to program the correct channel map for your equipment. Call shaw and ask what channel map you should have then go back to the setup screen and under systems status you will be able to find the channel map that is loaded on the receiver. The MUST know the correct lnb model.

The new Triple quad LNB can be a chore. Best to use Dishpointer, get the correct elevation and compass heading, use an old dual quad LNB, max the signal and then switch to the new LNB, call Shaw to have the new software installed. You will not see the third sat that far South. The 75E New LNB's are marked on the back in plain view, they say "triple". The receiver will not show any signal until its updated to use the new triple.
