    Looks like all of the sites are down, not sure how many servers its on but I cant bring up any of them, first started noticing something was wrong when the jobs sections went down and now its all down.

    There was a major power outage in downtown San Francisco. It knocked many websites off the air. Those affected include LiveJournal, Second Life and many others. Also some ad servers and even the AVL system (Automatic Vehicle Locator) some transit properties use is dead too.

    The local power company is trying to get things back to normal.

    Ahh ok, Im surprised it hasnt made it to more national news channels yet. The west coast is the last place I would want to have any tech service hosted, your pretty much asking for trouble with earthquakes.
