question jsut changed to comcast

question i live in Peoria and we just switched to comcast got few question idk if all can be answered.

1. i do alot of texting through my email from my hotmail account. to my friends phones and the past few days i have been noticing extreme delay like 40 mins for a single text to get to my friends phone. could that be comcast slowing it down.

2. How hard is comcast on ur download limit like is there one should i worry

3. reson for asking 2 is that i do a bit of peer to peer not extreme amounts but enough to worry is comcast gonna hurt it

1. Not likely. If it were Comcast you would notice the problem when connecting to Hotmail. It's likely somewhere between Hotmail and your friend's Cell provider.

2. There is one, but they will not tell you what it is.

3. Comcast did admit they interfered with P2P traffic on their network. If they still do it or not is unknown, however it is under regulatory scrutinization.
