is there somewhere I can find a list of the HD channels in my area?

I live in LR arkansas and even after talking to them I can't get a list of HD channels in my area. YEP we have the most HD programming. OK what channels do you have, do you have a list. And the most HD anywhere. Fine what channels do you carry in HD?
I never got an answer and their web page just uses generic HD dribble.

Try AVSFORUM they have an HD locals section where you can find out what they have in your area.
