How can i become a comcast dealer

You don't become a Comcast dealer, you work for Comcast direct.

I've seen companies that have or say they have contracts with Comcast for their sales divisions. How would that be if there work for comcast direct.

For door to door sales, and that seems like what you are talking about, Comcast does use contractors for that. Because the contracts are with Comcast, you either contact them direct or you could subcontract with someone who already has a contract.

Not around here they don't. However, that is probably true. If so, the OP still needs to sign a contract with Comcast or be a sub-contractor.
